General FAQ

Do parents need to purchase tickets?
Parents do not need to purchase tickets if they are only supervising. If you intend on participating in activities, then you’ll need to purchase a jump ticket. We welcome all ages!

Do you separate by age and are there age restricted areas?
We do not separate activities by age, but we do have restricted Toddler Areas for the safety of the little ones (42” and under). Jumpers above 42” are not allowed in this area except for accompanying adults. Toddlers still have access to the entire park and are not restricted to just the toddler area.

Does my waiver expire?
No, once your waiver is filled out, it stays in our system and can be used for all future visits! We recommend completing the waiver in advance to speed up the check-in process.

Do I have to purchase my tickets online?
You are welcome to purchase tickets online or in store. We highly recommend purchasing tickets online to reserve the time slot you prefer and to speed up the check-in process.

Do we need to purchase socks?
We require the use of trampoline socks that are designed with special grips on the bottom to avoid slipping. Jump socks are washable and can be reused for future visits!

Are outside food/drinks allowed?
No, outside food and drinks are not permitted.

When do Glow Lights start?
Glow Light starts at 6PM everyday until close. Glow-in-the-dark shirts are not required to participate.

Is there additional cost for each activity in the park?
No, admission gives jumpers access to all activities in our facility except for arcade games.

Party FAQ

How early should I arrive before the start of my party?
Hosts should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party to provide adequate time to check-in, review waivers for guests, and account for possible wait times.

Can I arrive earlier to decorate the party room?
Due to time constraints, we cannot accommodate rooms earlier than your party time. You will have plenty of time to set up decorations while the kids are out having fun during their jump time! You will also have a party host to help you!

What’s included in the birthday package? Are socks included?

Can we order extra pizzas?
Yes! Please email or call us to order additional pizzas for your party!

Can I bring my own food/beverages?
You are welcome to bring cakes, cupcakes, fruit and veggie platters. Please be mindful when bringing in extra food as room time is limited.

What if someone in my group has a food allergy?
Please reach out to us for any food allergies and to discuss options.

Can we bring in decorations?
We allow for wall banners, table covers, plates and balloons. We do NOT allow Party Poppers, Confetti or Silly Strings – a $50 cleanup fee will be charged if these are used.

Can my group continue to jump after the party?
Additional jump time can be purchased for those who want to jump longer!
